Robert W. Fischer (license number: A2000209), a former intelligence official for the U.S. Government, is the head of our Investigations Department. He has extensive years of intelligence experience under his belt, as he used to live overseas, as well as more than 23 years of experience as a private investigator in Florida.
Our specialty is locating hard-to-find witnesses. We have done work for the Securities & Exchange Commission, as well as many local and nationwide attorneys. Our investigative services include: video surveillance, taking photographs, taking statements, Florida background checks, Florida criminal background checks, media background checks, bug sweeps, Florida tag searches, jury background checks, accident investigations, and other services.
Service of Process
Service of process is our expertise and the bulk of our business. We have been serving subpoenas, summonses and complaints, writs of garnishment, and many other documents for over 23 years. We have multiple local process servers who are licensed, bonded, and fully trained. We service Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach directly from our Fort Lauderdale office.
Our local prices are the same in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, regardless of which tri-county the documents originate or which tri-county they are served. Please call for pricing.

Regular service means the first attempt for service will be made within 72 hours of us receiving the documents, not including the date of receipt.
Rush service means the first attempt for service will be made within 24 hours of us receiving the document, not including the date of receipt.
Same-day rush service means the first attempt for service will be made within the first 24 hours of us receiving the documents.

All additional addresses are charged at full price. Wait time is available for hard-to-serve individuals. Call for pricing.
Documents being served on police officers may require a rush fee, as there is a 5-day rule that applies. The officer must have at least five days’ notice of the court date in order for service to be accepted. Otherwise, service will be refused.
In the event we run into problems with your documents, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone. We also have our Web Package service, where our clients can check statuses online on any paper at any time. Call for further information about this service.

Prices are based on fees plus mileage and the cost of copies. Mileage is based on the distance between our office and the pick-up/drop-off points (round-trip).
Pre-payment is expected unless credit arrangements have been made.
