Victoria, or Vicky, as she likes to be called, started with Professional Process Servers & Investigators, Inc. in early August 2019. Vicky came to us with four years of experience in data entry and customer service relations. She knows how to solve problems and is very organized, which helps her in the demanding job she has with numerous papers being sent out of her department. She quickly learned her job as send-away clerk. She enters the information needed in order to send and have the various documents for service outside the tri-county served. She communicates and interacts with process servers all over the state of Florida, as well as nationally, for pricing and for statuses. We appreciate her ability grasp her responsibilities quickly, making her a respected part of our office team.
A native to Florida, Vicky lived most of her life in South Miami. She is a first generation Cuban-American and is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. Victoria is a graduate of Florida International University and has a Bachelor of Arts in Art.
