Angela Vanessa De La Ossa – Accounting Assistant /Customer Service Representative/Investigations Assistant/ Billing Clerk and General all-around back-up person

Vanessa, as she prefers being called, started with Professional Process Servers & Investigators, Inc. in November 2018.  She had recently moved down to Florida from Atlanta, Georgia.  She had had 13 years of experience in working various positions in a credit union and her knowledge of banking and working with intricate details made her a perfect candidate for our company.  Vanessa’s first position with our company was to cover our Originals position, as she covered for the employee who was having a baby and was due to go out on maternity leave.  Vanessa learned her position quickly and was able to become a part of the team in no time.  Her dedication to learning and working hard earned her the respect of her colleagues.

Now that the maternity leave has expired, Vanessa is being groomed to become the accounting assistant.  Her banking background will be an asset in this position, which requires discretion and confidentiality.  In addition, she will learn how to assist in the Investigations Department by learning how to run background checks and locates for us.  This involves attention to intricate details and research, but we are confident she will learn this easily as well.

Likewise, Vanessa will learn all other positions in the office in order to fill-in when needed.  Learning how to bill and close out papers will help our billing supervisor, who will then be able to concentrate more on her marketing skills.  Whenever someone is absent for the day, she will be able to step in and assist so that the work continues to flow daily. Vanessa is also bilingual, and that is a tremendous asset to our company, too.

When Vanessa is not working, she enjoys time with her family.  She is happily married and has two children who keep her very busy.  Vanessa also enjoys spending time with her sister and her family who live in South Florida and has recently become a new aunt.
