Our Team

Our office recently celebrated 23 years of being in business.

Stacy, our manager, has been with us since 2012. She exhibits a vast knowledge of the business and runs our office thoroughly, making sure procedures run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Our process servers make up a team of approximately 10 to 15 fully trained, licensed and bonded men and women along with courthouse runners and couriers. We have several skilled and seasoned investigators who work with us as well.

Although we service all of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, within our office, we have a send-away department that is responsible for sending services of process outside of the tri-county area. We are able to send these service to anywhere in the country and to select international destinations.

Robert Fischer

Owner and managing principal of Professional Process Servers & Investigators, Inc., Robert Fischer began his career with serving process in 1992. Prior to this, he was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency, serving in various overseas assignments. His highly-skilled training prepared him for all of the challenges that make up process serving. Because of his background, he has become a highly productive process server with one of the highest success rates in the country. He even received a Central Intelligence Agency Certificate of Exceptional Service, which speaks volumes to his ability to get the job done.

As an investigator, Bob has taken on assignments from a variety of clients, including well-known law firms, insurance companies, government agencies, and local celebrities. He specializes in background checks and locating hard-to-find witnesses. He conducts investigative services relating to: product liability, trademark infringement, auto accidents, and wrongful death cases and also performs surveillance. Other duties involve a wide range of disciplines, incorporating private investigative activities, intelligence-gathering with “sources and methods,” and developing substantive intelligence and human-intelligence gathering. Bob has specialized training in tradecraft and surveillance, small arms tactical weapons, tactical vehicle escape and evasion, hand-to-hand combat, specialized communications, cryptology, and interrogation.

Bob loves his job and the challenges it presents; and it shows. His reputation as an individual with creative style has earned him high standards in the community. He is well known and liked by his peers, and his knowledge of the Florida Statutes allows him to be quick on his feet in any given situation.

Nancy Fischer

Nancy Fischer, Bob’s wife and owner/vice president of the company, is the designer of our methodical and effective office system. She is a former U.S. State Department Foreign Service employee. She has also served on the Women’s Executive Club’s Board of Directors and was a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

Nancy oversees a full staff of customer service representatives who are thoroughly trained in our industry and are ready to assist and answer questions. With extensive years of experience in this business, she has the knowledge to ensure the staff is fully equipped with what it needs to carry out its duties on a daily basis.
