Regular service means the first attempt for service will be made within 72 hours of us receiving the documents, not including the date of receipt.
Rush service means the first attempt for service will be made within 24 hours of us receiving the document, not including the date of receipt.
Same-day rush service means the first attempt for service will be made within the first 24 hours of us receiving the documents.

All additional addresses are charged at full price. Wait time is available for hard-to-serve individuals. Call for pricing.
Documents being served on police officers may require a rush fee, as there is a 5-day rule that applies. The officer must have at least five days’ notice of the court date in order for service to be accepted. Otherwise, service will be refused.
In the event we run into problems with your documents, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone. We also have our Web Package service, where our clients can check statuses online on any paper at any time. Call for further information about this service.
